My 3MTT AI/ML Journey: From Passion to Purpose
Before joining the 3MTT Programme, I had over five years of professional experience in IT operations, logistics, warehouse management, administration, customer support, digital marketing, and data management. The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) AI/ML Programme — in collaboration with NITDA and Skill Ladders, an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy — became a turning point in my professional journey.
Through structured, project-based learning, I gained practical knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content creation, automation, responsible AI, and digital transformation. Armed with these capabilities, I founded RuffNeck Entertainment and built the RuffNeck Knowledge Hub — a platform publishing practical articles and resources on AI, automation, digital marketing, and career development for professionals across Africa and beyond.
